Drinking Enough Water

Shuxi: Gulp gulp Ahh! I feel much better!
树蜥:咕噜咕噜 啊!我感觉好多了!

Amy: Were you really thirsty?
艾米:你刚刚很渴吗?

Shuxi: Yes! I forgot to drink water all morning.
树蜥:是的!我整个早上都忘了喝水。

Tom: That’s not good! You should drink more water.
汤姆:这样不好!你应该多喝水。

Amy: Yes! Our bodies need water to stay healthy.
艾米:是的!我们的身体需要水来保持健康。

Shuxi: How much water should we drink every day?
树蜥:我们每天要喝多少水呢?

Tom: At least eight glasses!
汤姆:至少八杯水!

Amy: And even more if it’s hot outside!
艾米:如果天气热的话,还要喝更多!

Shuxi: I’ll try to drink more water. Sometimes I forget.
树蜥:我会试着多喝水。有时候我会忘记。

Tom: Bring a water bottle with you! Then you won’t forget.
汤姆:带一个水瓶吧!这样你就不会忘了。

Amy: And don’t wait until you’re really thirsty to drink!
艾米:而且不要等到特别渴才喝水!

Shuxi: What happens if we don’t drink enough water?
树蜥:如果不喝够水会怎么样?

Tom: We might feel tired and get headaches.
汤姆:我们可能会觉得累,还会头疼。

Amy: And our skin gets dry too!
艾米:而且皮肤也会变干燥!

Shuxi: Oh no! I don’t want that!
树蜥:哦不!我不想那样!

Tom: See? Drinking water is super important!
汤姆:看吧?多喝水真的很重要!

Amy: Let’s remind each other to drink water every day.
艾米:让我们每天互相提醒喝水吧。

Shuxi: Good idea! Let’s all drink more water!
树蜥:好主意!大家一起多喝水!

Tom & Amy: Yes! Stay healthy!
汤姆和艾米:是的!保持健康!
