Suddenly, a violent storm arose, and massive waves capsized her boat.
突然，风暴袭来，巨浪掀翻了她的小船。
The sea engulfed her, and Nüwa drowned in the cold, merciless water.
大海吞噬了她，女娃在冰冷无情的海水中溺亡。
After her death, her spirit transformed into a small bird with fiery feathers.
死后，她的灵魂化作了一只羽毛如火焰般的小鸟。
The bird, filled with resentment and determination, named itself Jingwei.
这只鸟满怀怨恨与决心，给自己取名为“精卫”。
Jingwei vowed to fill the sea, so no one else would suffer the same fate.

Day after day, she carried small stones and twigs in her beak, dropping them into the vast ocean.
