Once upon a time, there was a frog living at the bottom of a well.
从前有只青蛙，住在井底。
It hopped around every day, only seeing the sky above the well.
它每天跳来跳去，只看到井口的天空。
It thought the sky above the well was the entire world.
它觉得井口的天就是整个世界。
One day, a big turtle came to the edge of the well.
一天，一只大海龟来到了井边。
The turtle looked at the frog at the bottom of the well and said, "The world outside is very big!"
大海龟看着井底的青蛙，说：“外面的世界很大！”
The frog didn’t understand and asked, "How big is the world outside?"
青蛙不明白，问：“外面的世界有多大？”
The turtle stretched its long neck, looked at the vast sky, and said, "The sky is so big!"
大海龟伸出长脖子，看着广阔的天空，说：“天空那么大！”
The frog shook its head and said, "I only see the sky above the well, and it’s not very big."
青蛙摇摇头：“我只看到井口，天也就那么大。”
The turtle smiled and said, "You can only see the sky above the well. If you jump out, you’ll see more."
大海龟笑了笑：“你只能看到井口，跳出去你会看到更多。”
The frog didn’t believe it and stayed in the well.
青蛙不信，继续待在井里。
But it began to feel curious and wanted to know what the outside world was like.
但它心里开始有些疑惑，想知道外面是什么样子。
So, it gathered its courage and jumped out of the well.
于是，它鼓起勇气，跳出了井口。
When it jumped out, it saw a vast sky.
一跳出来，它看到了一片广阔的天空。
It saw the sea, mountains, and endless grasslands.
它看到了大海、山脉和无边的草原。
The frog was amazed and said, "The world is really so big, far beyond what I imagined!"
青蛙惊讶地说：“世界真的好大，远远超过我想象！”
From that day on, the frog no longer stayed in the small sky above the well.
从那天起，青蛙不再局限于井口的天空。
It often jumped out of the well to explore the bigger world.
它常常跳出井口，去探索更广阔的世界。
The frog realized it had only seen a small part of the world before.
青蛙明白了，自己原来只看到了一小部分的天地。
This story tells us that we should keep an open mind and not be limited to our small, familiar world.
这个故事告诉我们，眼界要宽广，不要局限在自己熟悉的小世界里。
