Every Blade of Grass a Soldier

A long time ago, there was a general named Fu Jian.

He led a great army to prepare for an attack on the Eastern Jin.

The soldiers were all very nervous, thinking the enemy could come at any time.

One day, the wind blew through the grass, and the branches gently swayed.

Fu Jian saw this and immediately thought the enemy was hiding in the grass.

He shouted, "The enemy is here! Prepare for battle!"

The soldiers, hearing this, became even more nervous.

They looked around, thinking that there were enemies everywhere.

Every time the grass moved or the trees swayed, they thought it was the enemy's troops.

In reality, the wind was just gently blowing the grass and trees.

There were no enemies, nothing at all.

But everyone had become so afraid that they mistook everything for the enemy.

Eventually, the Eastern Jin army seized the opportunity and counterattacked Fu Jian's forces.

Fu Jian and his soldiers realized that excessive fear had made them see things wrongly.

They learned that when nervous, it's important to stay calm.

"Every blade of grass is a soldier" became a warning for everyone.

This story teaches us not to fear small things.

Stay calm, and you can see the truth.
