Once upon a time, there was a little girl who was loved by everyone who knew her.
Her grandmother made her a red hooded cloak, and she was called Little Red Riding Hood.
One day, her mother asked her to take a basket of food to her grandmother.
"Don't stray from the path and be careful," her mother warned.
Little Red Riding Hood promised and set off through the forest.
On her way, she met a wolf who asked where she was going.
"I'm going to my grandmother's house to bring her some food," she replied.
The wolf had a wicked idea and decided to get to the grandmother's house first.
He ran ahead, knocked on the door, and pretended to be Little Red Riding Hood.
The grandmother let him in, and the wolf gobbled her up in one bite.
He then put on her clothes, lay in bed, and waited for Little Red Riding Hood.
When Little Red Riding Hood arrived, she noticed something strange about her grandmother.
"Grandmother, what big eyes you have!" she said.
"All the better to see you with," replied the wolf.
"Grandmother, what big ears you have!" she exclaimed.
"All the better to hear you with," said the wolf.
"Grandmother, what big teeth you have!" she said in surprise.
"All the better to eat you with!" the wolf shouted and jumped out of the bed.
Just as the wolf was about to eat Little Red Riding Hood, a hunter passing by heard the commotion.
He rushed in and killed the wolf with his axe, saving Little Red Riding Hood.
The hunter then opened the wolf's stomach and rescued the grandmother, who was still alive.
Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother thanked the hunter for his bravery.
They promised to always be careful and never trust strangers again.
From that day on, Little Red Riding Hood listened to her mother's advice.
She stayed on the path and lived happily ever after.
